Career Summary
Bill Bigger is a founding partner in First Florida Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. Bill recently served as Senior Vice President in the Real Estate Advisory Services Investment Group of Grubb & Ellis’ Boca Raton office. He previously held the position of Vice President of Commercial Sales and Leasing with the Allen Morris Company, where he was a top producer for twelve years. Bill specializes in office leasing and investment real estate. He has an extensive real estate education, including being a Certified Commercial Investment Member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.
Bill is currently working with numerous financial institutions in evaluating their properties and assisting them in “work-out” situations which encompasses the management, leasing and final sale. He has been retained as a consultant to conduct feasibility studies, evaluate real estate assets and has appeared as an expert witness. At this time, he is assisting several corporate clients with build-to-suit office buildings, distribution centers and manufacturing plants and the subleasing of excess space.

Experience
Bill’s commercial real estate career extends over 25 years. Prior to forming First Florida Commercial Real Estate services Bill was a Senior Vice President with Grubb & Ellis and a Vice President and top producer with the Allen Morris Company. Prior to commercial real estate, Bill owned a commercial printing firm in New York City, specializing in financial printing. He has also owned and operated a yacht brokerage firm and a yacht manufacturing firm.

Career Summary
Ray Mansfield is a founding partner in First Florida Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. Ray recently served as a Senior Advisor with Grubb & Ellis Company. Prior to that he was the Regional Manager of Vanguard Management Services in Orlando, Florida where he opened their regional office and was a broker with the Allen Morris Company handling management, leasing and brokerage for several institutional clients. Before entering the real estate industry in 1977, Ray worked in the food manufacturing industry in both accounting and sales as a comptroller and regional sales manager.
Experience
Ray currently serves as the President of First Florida Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. with an office in Fort Lauderdale. He specializes in office and industrial sales and leasing and has an extensive real estate education. He has obtained the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM*) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) of the National Association of Realtors and is a licensed real estate broker in the States of Florida and Virginia. Ray has an extensive background in receiverships for commercial properties and has prior experience in development, renovation, leasing, management and brokerage.
